    Can I change plans later?

    Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

    What happens if I exceed my order limit on Start plan?

    We'll notify you at 40 orders and again at 50. After that, you'll need to upgrade to Pro or wait for next month. We don't surprise you with overage fees.

    Is there a discount for annual billing?

    Not currently. We prefer monthly billing because we want you to stay because WorkshopOS works, not because you're locked into a contract.

    Do you offer refunds?

    If you're not satisfied in the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment, no questions asked. After that, you can cancel anytime but we don't refund partial months.

    Can I export my data if I cancel?

    Absolutely. You get a complete export in JSON and PDF formats. Your data is yours, always.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and SEPA direct debit for EU customers. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
